How does the referral process work
1. Fill in the referral form below with the vet, client’s and pets’ information.
2. We will make contact with the client to arrange a telemedicine or in person consultation.
3. If the client would like to proceed, we will then be in contact with the referring vet with an estimate of our fees, the referring vet will add their costs and an overall estimate will then be provided to the client.
4. Once client accepts the estimate, a procedure date will be organised.
Referrals Welcome
We collaborate closely with general practitioners, providing detailed discharge summaries, imaging, and post-op advice.
When to Refer:
- Fractured teeth
- Difficult extractions
- Discoloured teeth
- Jaw instability or oral mass
- Malocclusion or unerupted teeth
- Chronic gingival inflammation and overgrowth
- Periodontal disease management
